  • Reduced operational greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 13% since 2022.
  • Received approval of its GHG reduction goals from the SBTi.
  • Implemented 37 projects in 2022-23 that reduced electricity usage by 1,806 MWh, and CO2 emissions by 5,800 tons.
  • Recovered 7,375 imaging, ultrasound, and surgery machines, leading to 7.3 million kg of reused and recycled material.
  • Added 31 products to its GoldSeal program, expanding its offering of refurbished and certified medical equipment for communities in need.

Rise Ahead Pledge Eleven new companies joined the pledge to address the $1.125 trillion funding need of social innovators and entrepreneurs around the world. This brings the total signatories to 24, including CEF members GE HealthCare (foundation); Hewlett Packard Enterprise (foundation); Microsoft; and SAP. (Sept 2024)
