Vice President, ESG
Caitrin is responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s globalESG strategy, including setting ambitious long-term ESG targets aligned with business priorities. Prior to joining Four Seasons, Caitrin led Hilton’s global sustainability strategy and ESG reporting efforts. Caitrin established Hilton’s 2030 environmental goals, including leading the company to become the first hotel brand to set science-based targets in 2018. She also spearheaded efforts to strengthen Hilton’s ESG reporting, resulting in the company being named the 2019 and 2020 DJSI Global Industry Leader. Caitrin’s previous experience includes EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services practices in London and Washington, D.C., and positions at ICF International and the US EPA. Caitrin is a LEED-AP and holds a B.A. in Environment, Ecomics and Politics from Claremont McKenna College.
SVP, Corporate Development
Nathalie Corredor is an architect of change, currently working as the SVP of Corporate Development and Chief of Staff at Four Seasons. As part of her broader remit for long-term growth and planning, she has set a vision and path forward for ESG/corporate social responsibility. Prior to joining Four Seasons, Nathalie led Corporate Strategy, Brand Strategy, Customer Insights, and Guest Experience at Hilton Hotels. She also led vertical search ads (including hotel search ads) at Google, growing the business 10x in less than 3 years, and was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Nathalie has a BA from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford University. She was a Fulbright Scholar in South Korea and wrote her thesis on the impact of rapid economic development on family culture. She lives in South Florida with her loving husband and two high-energy kids.
Director Sourcing and Procurement
Laura is responsible for the global procurement, vendor and inventory management of corporate rooms programs including linens, terry, robes, slippers, room supplies and amenities. Recently Laura has co-led the launch of a large format amenity program, a plastic free dry amenities program supporting the company’s sustainability strategy to remove single use plastics from the guestroom experience. Laura attended the hospitality program at the University of Guelph and has a passion for the environment that goes back to her childhood when she started a vermi composting program at her school. Laura has been with Four Seasons for 24 years and is proud to work closely with the ESG team and Four Seasons corporate partners to achieve the company’s ESG priorities.
